Quality Assessment and Improvement Program
It is the, policy of the company to implement a Quality Assessment and Improvement Program which is designed to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care, pursue opportunities to improve care, and resolve identified problems. The company's Quality Assessment and Improvement Program is administered by the Governing Body and is evidenced by requiring, supporting, and participating in the establishment, maintenance, and operation of an organization-wide program.
The Quality Assessment and Improvement Program monitors the following areas:
• Provider Patient Evaluations
• Equipment Dispensed
• Patient Satisfaction with Provider
• Patient Satisfaction with the company's Patient Service
• Patient Medical Records
• Patient Billing
The Governing Body performs an audit on these areas annually. In the event that a complaint is received by the company, the Governing Body will investigate this event in order to determine if there exists an opportunity to improve the level of care offered. During the audit and investigation, key indicators arc identified and data is collected and measured to monitor the quality of these areas of care. In the event that the data is evidence of a necessary change in procedure, the Governing Body will act to amend the policies and procedures of the company in the pursuit of improving care. New policies will be written and implemented immediately.

Input for High-Quality Patient Care
It is the goal of the company that through the maintenance of an effective, organization-wide Quality Assessment and Improvement Plan the company can assure the highest quality of patient care.
